August: Acknowlege Gratefulness
Keep a Gratitude Notebook
Put aside a few minutes each day to acknowledge what you are grateful for that day. It can be a one sentance summary or a paragraph or two. Perhaps you just want to meditate on it and not write anything . That’s fine too!
Look for Guidance from a Role Model
Read a biography or watch a movie about someone you admire. Then think of some ways you can emmulate them in your life.
