Four tips on how to be a good friend. First, reach out to them on their birthdays. Second, be supportive by showing up for important events. Third, frame grievances in the context of how to improve your friendship. Lastly, make new friends by engaging with people you see on a regular basis.
Consider the following questions when writing goals: What exactly are you trying to accomplish? How will you ascertain if you are successful or not? Is it a realistic goal? Does this goal fit into a larger, broader mission? How much time do you need?
Start with a Google image search for “silly.” You will find people making funny faces who look like they are having a good time. By definition, being silly means showing a lack of common sense or judgement. Being absurd and foolish is the opposite of practical and efficient, but is it a time waster?
